Frequently asked questions

Why is the event 2 1/2 hours long?

Because connecting & connection take time. What's so interesting about people concerned about the length of time of the meeting, they're the ones often wanting MORE time to connect. Set the intention that you have plenty of time to network w/ us and take care of whatever needs to get done that day.

Who will be at the event?

Our first priority is helping you to build a strong network. We do not limit 1 per profession. We believe it's about meeting a variety of people and building a network with those you resonate with. Some will be friends, some will be customers, some will refer you and some you'll refer others to.

I'm looking for a job, can I attend?

Absolutely! You have no idea where these connections will lead. Our networking system works for anyone wanting to expand their network, make new friends, support other women, ask for what you need, help others with what they need, including job leads and corporate connections. Join us!

Why do you ask for my contact info on the registration page?

Because we're about connection and want everyone to have a great experience at our event, we call and email participants to let you know how to prepare. We're about building a strong network with each other and the personal contact creates a sense of safety, inclusion and welcoming.

Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds for our event registrations. If it's more than 3 days prior to the event, contact us directly to possibly transfer to the next month's event.

Succeed on your own terms.

I'm Kristy Rogers. Like many women, I tried to be utterly focused and productive. But even when I was wildly successful, I felt distant and disconnected from others.

I sought a better to achieve my dreams and satisfy my yearning for meaningful friendships.

You can succeed on your own terms, too. Learn how to:

● Honor yourself first.

● Fulfill your drive for both connection and to get things done.

● Feel good about yourself.

Realize your personal power.

Many of us, especially in Silicon Valley, believe we must be super-producers to get ahead. Sadly, this conflicts with our instinct for human connection.

The result is we feel alone, misunderstood, and made wrong.

Fortunately, we can learn how to leverage our feminine strengths and work positively within the productivity-obsessed business culture.
